This necklace can be worn high and tight around the neck or a little loose at the base of the neck. It measures approximately 13.5 inches when worn tight and can be adjusted thanks to a sterling silver extension chain. 

The tiny O ring measures 10mm wide and the small blue topaz teardrop is approximately 10mm long. Each little blue topaz is cut and faceted to reflect the light and measures approximately 6mm.
